The hoses for the food industry and dairy industry are often used for liquid foods, such as sauce, pasta, juice, (alcoholic) drinks and more. The hoses are all very good quality. the hoses are ideal for transporting/moving food/drinks or liquids from one tank to another tank. Because the food hoses are very robust, they can handle all external inputs well, but because they are flexible enough, the milk hoses are all very nice to use. Beer brewery hose or beer hose?

The food hoses that we supply are extremely suitable for breweries. We have been supplying beer hoses to small breweries to large breweries for years. Our beer brewery hoses are available in different colours, so you can use a different hose for each process so that you can recognise at a glance which hose is used for what in your brewing process. The hoses are almost all well-suited for high alcohol percentages. This also makes the brewery hose suitable for distilleries. The beer hose is light and flexible.

Food hose for fatty or oily substances

Cleaning hoses for the food industry

Because hygiene is extremely important in the food industry, cleaning is a major part of the food industry.
In our range we have a wide choice of different cleaning hoses for the food industry.
For example, we supply cleaning hoses that are resistant to extremely high temperatures and/or a cleaning hose that is resistant to extremely high working pressure.
There are also cleaning hoses available that are used as a steam hose for cleaning in the food industry.

For the more challenging situations, we have the right dairy hoses and food hoses. If you need a hose that must be resistant to extreme external factors, then choose the crush-resistant dairy hose. This hose returns to its round shape after being driven over. Most hoses retain their flattened shape, but the crush-resistant hose springs back so that it has a good passage again. Ideal for situations where a vehicle could accidentally drive over the hose.
Do you need a food hose for the pharmaceutical industry? Then, the Silicone Food Hose is usually the perfect solution. This hose can withstand extreme temperatures and has a wide chemical resistance, which is why this pharma hose is often used to move all kinds of chemical media from one tank to another. The Pharma hose has a white exterior, making it easy to recognize in your configuration.

All dairy hoses can be ordered per meter but also on a full roll (usually 40m). When purchasing a full roll, the price is always a lot cheaper. The food hoses are supplied in various diameters so that you can always use the optimal hose for your application. The hoses are supplied in DN20 (19mm), DN25 (25mm), DN32 (32mm), DN40 (38mm), DN50 (50mm), DN65 (63mm), DN80 (75mm), and DN100 (100mm). Other diameters are possible upon request.

On our website, we offer the hose per meter, but if you want to receive a different length, we can make it to measure for you.
